Numerical Flooding Simulation Tools in Realistic Large-Scale Flooding Scenario
on 03.03.2022 from 14:00 to 16:30 CET for targeted audience and the general public. You are cordially invited to participate.
This third public FLARE Webinar throws light on the role of numerical flooding simulations within the FLARE framework. Further the challenges to be met in flooding simulations are described. The results of an international benchmark study are reviewed and an effort is made to distinguish some aspects to be improved in the simulation codes based on HSVA model tests. Finally a study on active flooding mitigation measures in two large-scale flooding scenarios is described.
