A very good read for those interested in ship safety, damage stability and numerical modeling was just published in Applied Ocean Research. The article Results of an international benchmark study on numerical simulation of flooding and motions of a damaged ropax ship is based on HSVA model tests in the framework of the EU-project Flooding Accident Response (FLARE) together with several numerical contributions by distinguished workers in the field.
